Dima® Bag Emptying
Do you need to empty and handle bags quickly and efficiently and/or as safely as possible with an emphasis on optimizing working conditions? We can do all of this via fully automated, semi-automated or even manual processes at capacities of 1200 bags per hour. At Dinnissen Process Technology, we are used to dealing with a wide range of challenges and to providing solutions that are economical, efficient and environmentally friendly. 
Big Bag Discharge Station BS 1-2-3
The Big-Bag is attached to a hoist device for better handling. Following the hoist device with the Big-Bag is picked up by a hoist or a forklift and is manoeuvred over the vibrating bottom. The vibrating bottom is suspended in the heavy steel frame by means of spiral springs.

We use pneumatic and mechanical engineering techniques for transporting powders and granules and for handling practically any kind of packaging units desired, according to the specific wishes of the customer. We do so over short or long distances and, if necessary, in accordance with the strictest hygienic standards and dust-free. And we always do so efficiently, with minimum power consumption, and with the greatest possible care to prevent any kind of damage from occurring.

Packaging is done efficiently, hygienically, and in accordance with international guidelines to ensure that an optimum logistics solution is realized – as part of your total production process or as a stand-alone solution – for 1 Big Bag per week or 50 per hour. And of course the same applies to other packaging units such as barrel, bag, and bag-in-box units.
